We're on the hunt for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our Little Rock team. This role is all about helping local businesses in Central Arkansas grow with the right digital marketing tools. What You'll Be Doing * Finding and connecting with local businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services. * Setting up meetings through cold calls, networking, and community outreach. * Learning about each client's business, competition, and goals to recommend the best solutions. * Managing your sales pipeline and keeping everything updated in our CRM (HubSpot). * Hitting sales targets and celebrating wins with your team. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of sales experience (outside sales is a bonus, but not required if you've got drive). * Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and starting conversations with new people. * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools. * Eager to develop skills and grow with our team.
