About Real Property Management Engage Real Property Management Engage is a leading provider of professional residential property management services. We specialize in managing single- family homes, condos, and multi-family units with a sharp focus on tenant satisfaction, owner profitability, and operational excellence. With innovative offerings--such as our partnership with Obligo to provide a deposit-free rental option--RPM Engage is redefining the rental experience for owners and tenants alike. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, strengthen partner relationships, and boost the market presence of RPM Engage. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our uniquely attractive property management services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion * Prospect, network, and secure new business opportunities through referrals, cold outreach, and industry relationships. * Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead qualification to the closing of property management agreements. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within LeadSimple CRM. Partnership Development * Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, and relocation specialists. * Advocate RPM Engage's compelling service offerings, including our deposit-free solution with Obligo, to prospective clients and partners. Market Expansion & Branding * Represent RPM Engage at local and industry events, real estate expos, and community meetings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and outreach strategies. * Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration & Support * Work closely with operations, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. * Provide regular feedback to leadership on customer insights, market opportunities, and potential service improvements.
