Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in B2C sales, and familiarity with CRM software to effectively manage outreach campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by leveraging your expertise in inside sales, telemarketing, and customer engagement. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities through warm and cold calling techniques * Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria to ensure sales readiness * Engage prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies * Assist in developing scripts and messaging that resonate with potential clients * Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions * Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and customer segments Requirements * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2C sales roles with a focus on technology or technical sales * Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement * Demonstrated ability to develop relationships through warm calling techniques * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously * Previous experience in customer service or business development is a plus This role is integral to driving our company's growth through effective lead generation and appointment setting.
