As a Wellness Membership Advisor for our Elements Massage studio, you will assist all our customers in their journey to wellness through massage! We take pride in creating a peaceful and professional environment while creating a customized experience for all! Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks- * Pay starting at $16-$18 per hour PLUS commission pay * Our team members earn commission for every wellness plan sale * A complimentary monthly massage Here's what we are looking for- * Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty * The right candidate will like chatting, but more importantly- love listening, to all new, established, and prospective clients * Capability to turn every incident of client criticism into a story of great customer service * Prior retail sales experience preferred- selling memberships or services inperson to potential clients * Customer service in a spalike or similar environment is helpful but not required. Must be able to cater experiences that distinguish their value with attention and hospitality * Familiarity with modern office tools and systems is necessary. Scheduling and payments are all processed with our easytolearn computer programs * Social media knowledge preferred, willingness to participate in marketing initiatives is a must * Driven to create the best work environment for the team and the best experiences for the client!
