Full description of the position

We are looking for a detailed Accounts Executive (Sales) for that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. * Understand customer needs, requirements and deadlines. * Facilitating creation of new accounts by working with outside sales reps. * Accurately input data & orders into our database. * Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation. * Manage sales promotions. * Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns. * Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests. * Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts. * Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products. * Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives. * Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date. * Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments. Requirements: * Must have beauty sales experience * 2+ years in office admin * Must have prior B2B sales experience * Customer Service Skills: Need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. * High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook) * Flexibility: Occasional travel may be needed. Negotiable.
