Sales Representative - Realtor Division Van Patten Mortgage Group - El Dorado Hills, CA Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonuses | Long-Term Growth Role Are you a mortgage professional who loves the industry but doesn't want the pressure of structuring loans or living on pure commission? Do you thrive on building relationships, following up, and helping real estate agents find solutions for their more complex or "outside the box" scenarios? Van Patten Mortgage Group Inc. is expanding our Realtor Partnership Division and hiring a Sales Representative dedicated to working with real estate agents who inquire about our unique loan programs and products. This is NOT a cold-calling job. You'll be handling warm inquiries from agents who already want to learn more--and your job is to guide them, support them, and uncover any loans they need help placing. What You 'll Do * Engage with real estate agents who inquire about our programs (warm leads--no cold calling) * Build strong, ongoing relationships with agents through excellent communication and follow-up * Identify mortgage scenarios where our specialty loan programs may be a fit * Coordinate with internal loan officers and processors to ensure agent needs are met * Track your pipeline and ensure every agent receives consistent, professional communication * Represent our company with a personable, positive, and service-driven approach Who This Role Is Perfect For * Someone with mortgage industry experience (loan officer, processor, AE, or similar) * A relationship-builder who enjoys talking with agents and solving problems * A professional who wants income stability with salary + bonuses * Someone who loves the mortgage business but prefers a sales/relationship role instead of originating * A person who's organized, persistent, reliable, and personable * Someone seeking a long-term home with advancement opportunities (Team Lead path available) Position Details * Full-time, in-office (El Dorado Hills, CA) * Salary + performance bonuses * No loan structuring required * No cold calling * Stable, long-term position with clear advancement opportunities About Van Patten Mortgage Group Inc.
