We are seeking a sales representative for Lamello joinery products for the western United States. If you have at least basic woodworking skills, the right attitude and work ethic, and are looking to sell a product and brand you can be proud of - we are hiring! Job Summary The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Aptitude with power tools for live demonstration purposes is preferred (or can be trained). Understanding of dealer distribution channels is a plus. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory. Requires monthly travel away from home for one week at a time, in addition to local sales calls close to him. * When not traveling, work and collaboration will continue at our Ontario, CA office. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits. Includes providing technical support. * Present and promote the Lamello product line to potential and existing customers. * Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. * Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Learn and proficiently use our database, ERP and CRM systems. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Attend trade shows and other sales-related events to promote the company and generate leads. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or experience is a plus. * Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (e.g., cabinetry, architectural woodworking, woodworking industry sales, dealer distribution channel). * Proven track record of success in outside sales, either as a sales professional or in sales as a woodshop owner or employee. * Willingness and ability to travel for weeklong overnight trips. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. * Self-motivated and results-oriented. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
