We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our outside sales team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

: - Actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the designated territory - Present, promote, and sell TruShine's services to both new and existing customers - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze market potential, track sales, and report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Qualifications

: - Proven work experience as an outside sales representative or in other sales/customer service role - Ability to build productive business relationships and meet sales targets - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback - BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus
