Job Title: Home Care Marketer Location: Palm Beach County Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Position Summary A well-established and rapidly growing home care agency is seeking an experienced and driven Home Care Marketer to join the team in the Orlando area. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with referral sources and generating new business to grow our census and brand presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, case managers, social workers, and community organizations. * Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to drive client growth. * Conduct regular visits, presentations, and outreach to promote home care services. * Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and referral targets. * Track and report referral activity, marketing efforts, and results. * Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings. * Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless intake and onboarding of new clients. Qualifications * 2+ years of marketing or business development experience in the home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare industry. * Strong network and existing referral relationships in the Orlando area is a plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
