As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will: * Sell, market, and service a wide range of Allstate insurance products including auto, home, renters, and financial services. * Build relationships with existing clients and generate new business through leads, referrals, and personal outreach. * Educate clients on their coverage options and tailor policies to fit their unique needs. * Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset. * Collaborate with a supportive, high-achieving team committed to growth and excellence. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Requirements *Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License *(Required). * Proven track record in sales with goal-oriented performance. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and high motivation. * Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. * Ability to multitask, follow up, and work independently. * Comfortable handling customer rejection and overcoming objections. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly beneficial. * Prior insurance sales experience is a plus but not required if licensed and coachable. Responsibilities * Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency sales objectives. * Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales. * Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products. * Maintain thorough knowledge of underwriting, compliance, and rating guidelines. * Build lasting client relationships to ensure retention and policy renewals. * Consistently prospect and generate new leads through warm calls, networking, and referrals. * Present and explain insurance policies based on client goals and needs.
