Position Overview The Service Sales Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and recommending the best solutions to customers. This role combines strong technical plumbing expertise with customer service and sales skills to ensure clients receive the best value while meeting company sales goals. Key Responsibilities * Perform plumbing service, repair, and maintenance tasks in residential (including luxury homes) and commercial settings. * Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and explain solutions in clear, customer-friendly language. * Provide customers with multiple options for repair or replacement to ensure informed decision-making. * Recommend additional services or upgrades to improve system performance and efficiency. * Prepare estimates, create proposals, and close sales for recommended services. * Use ServiceTitan software for estimating, invoicing, and customer communication. * Maintain a professional appearance, uphold company values, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and sales transactions. * Follow all safety and compliance guidelines. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience as a service plumber with exposure to commercial and luxury residential service work. * Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to identify customer needs, present options, and recommend solutions. * Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
