Overview

BCA has an immediate opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. BCA is a non-profit membership driven organization servicing businesses and consumers nationwide.

Responsibilities

include:

• Identify, contact , acquire and sell new memberships to qualified companies
• Achieve goals and quotas set by Sales Manager
• Assists members with taking full advantage of their member benefits.
• Encourages participation and retention
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• Sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred
• Not afraid to cold call or manually dial
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Detail oriented
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• B2B experience, strong closing skills
• Must be self starter, self motivated, creative and enthusiastic
• Exceptional people skills with an outgoing personality Business Consumer Alliance offers a hourly rate of $25/hour during training and a 45-50% commission rate after training. There is no capped amount a membership representative can earn. This position requires a 2-3 week in office training period. Position will be 100% remote thereafter. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
