Client Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Work with customers and business owners to understand their telecommunication needs and deliver personalized solutions and plans * Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process with clarity and detail about the service they are setting up; ranging from wireless, voip and internet products * Troubleshoot technical questions and ensure each customer feels fully informed * Manage their account with care and precision * Promote the latest wireless and internet products, plans, and sales promotions to offer them superior customer service * Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that improve the customer experience. * Educate customers and business owners on the benefits of their ideal enrollment Client Sales Associate Qualifications: * Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or business related field is a plus * Ability to commute to our office in person * Time management skills to enroll customers efficiently and manage follow ups * Detail oriented to handle high volume customer engagement * Ability to think quick and problem solve * Self motivated and results driven to excel in the Client Sales Associate role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
