Customer Service Representative Job Summary: Responsible for servicing insurance policies and other services. Primary responsibilities * Servicing of insurance policies to potential and existing clients. * Primarily this is a customer service position in the area of all lines insurance sales. * Customer Service to individuals and families for the most appropriate policies for Auto, Fire, Home, Life and Health insurance policies. Additionally, customer service to businesses and other commercial forms of policy sales. * Customer service in the area of property and casualty, disability, and long-term care insurance. * Advise clients through the customer service process on how to minimize risk. * Match insurance policies for clients with the companies that offer the best rates and coverage. * Obtain price quotes for the purpose of Customer service of said policies. * Process applications * Utilize systems and procedures to respond to quotes for the Customer service of insurance policies. * Maintain regular contact with clients. * Answer questions and make changes to existing policies. * Insurance Customer service Representative Requirements: * Property & Casualty license (required. i.e., 4-40, 2-20). * 2-3 Years of Insurance Sales Experience (required) * Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in everyday life. * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior. * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening. * Base Salary plus a very competitive customer service commission program. * Paid time off - for personal time and holidays. * Outstanding preparation if you aspire to be a State Farm agent in the future. * Health Insurance option after probation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * State Farm Sales : 1 year (Preferred) * Insurance sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * 440 or 220 Property and Casualty License (Required) Ability to Commute: * West Palm Beach, FL 33403 (Required) Work Location: In person
