Fabric Images is a premier manufacturer of printed and non-printed tension fabric architecture, light boxes and acoustic decor products and solutions. For over 30 years, Fabric Images has partnered with brands and creative teams to develop visually impactful and experiential solutions for installations, interiors, exhibits, and events. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a visionary Sales Manager! Are you someone that is proactive, forward thinking and persuasive? We are looking for a dedicated individual that will contribute to the growth of Fabric Images and be a part of our extraordinary team. Fabric Images is comprised of three studios - Fi Interiors, Fi Live Events and Fi Retail - each focused on the unique needs of the markets they serve. Position Summary: The Sales Manager - (SM) is responsible for new sales conversion efforts of his or her team to generate enhanced revenue and improved margins in all markets nationwide. Further, they will develop existing accounts further by increasing their share of wallet and are responsible for retaining clients. The position's key focus is new sales conversion growth, and this leader will be responsible for training, aggressively monitoring sales leads, team funnel performance and results, utilizing NetSuite CRM. They will also collaborate in the creation of sales tools and collateral and serve as corporate sponsors for large sales opportunities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: %Time * Aggressively managing the generation/distribution of all projects leads utilizing CRM 10% * Analyze, quantify and record large opportunities for effective forecasting 10% * Training, reviewing performance results and setting KPI for direct reports 30% * Field sales support for direct reports to increase sales and, * Improve client relations and provide personal face-to-face training and mentoring 50% * Supervising the training and success of up to 10 sales associates * This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Note travel requirement - 40% Requirements: * Minimum work experience: Bachelor's degree or 5 years' work experience * Maintain a complete understanding of pricing, price strategy and overall marketing concepts, as defined by leadership. Ensure required data is effectively inputted into CRM system to document daily all pertinent sales activity, account updates, client information, and additional sales reporting documentation as defined by department SOPs * Meet and exceed assigned quotas * Develop existing customers qualified as potential National Accounts * Occasional overnight travel may be required by air and/or auto * Able to work autonomously with little or no discretion This role requires discretion and independent judgment. Essential Skills Required: * Sales Management Background - ability to train/mentor direct reports in the sales product. Set sales performance benchmarks and manage to expectations on a regular basis. KPI's to include sales forecasting and funnel review as well as actual sales volume realized. Set performance improvement plans and initiatives as needed. Recruit and retain sales talent * Conduct virtual (Teams) and onsite meetings on a weekly basis * Organizational Skills - ability to plan and effectively utilize the various resources available to increase win profitability and enhance margin performance. Effective time management and the ability to prioritize and focus to meet critical deadlines is essential * Interpersonal / Communication skills - Heavy reliance on verbal and written communication essential for success * Training - Mentoring -- ability to transfer knowledge for sales growth and market penetration to include effective use of sales and marketing tools. Incorporate end user feedback and input to assist in new product development and marketing collateral * Computer Literacy - ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Word/PowerPoint/Outlook. A strong working understanding of EXCEL is critical * Strong Analytical Skills - ability to analyze data for the effective quantification of leads and project opportunities. Ability to reflect sales data for sales performance tracking.
