We're seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our equipment sales. Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving equipment sales, connecting with customers to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This position involves a blend of in-store customer interactions and proactive outreach to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, including landscapers, contractors, and property managers. * Customer Consultations: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and provide tailored solutions. * Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of equipment to customers, ensuring they feel confident in their purchasing decisions. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. * Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and an excellent customer experience. * Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus. * Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred; experience in landscaping, equipment sales, or related industries is an advantage.
