UPDATED 1/16/2026 ROCKET FIZZ Soda Pop & Candy Shop *- America's coolest and most awesome soda pop and candy shop is located at the Tanger Outlets-Fort Worth and we're searching for amazing staff! *GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT AND LOTS OF FUN!! This is a PART-TIME position, offering 15 up to 30 hours (hours will vary weekly). PERFECT for COLLEGE STUDENTS who are looking for a flexible schedule to work around their classes! AFTERNOONS/EVENINGS on Mon, Wed, Thu & Fri, & ALL DAY *on Tue & *WEEKENDS (ALL DAY SAT & SUN), & HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED, at a MINIMUM. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA IS REQUIRED. * _ 1 YEAR MINIMUM_ customer service experience. * 1 YEAR MINIMUM cashier experience. * Must be RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, & PUNCTUAL. * Strong *communication & customer service skills & well executed sales techniques. * Must be personable, bubbly, outgoing, & have a FUN, positive attitude. Must be able to approach customers, interact with them conversationally & make sales, as well as upsell. * Possess strong cash management & money handling skills & a basic understanding of how credit card processing works. PRIOR RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE and OPEN AVAILABILITY will move to the top of the list. This is a RETAIL SALES position, not a food service position or retail cashier position. The ideal candidate will be very RELIABLE , possess strong cash management skills - well-executed sales techniques - strong organizational skills - enjoy soda - strong customer service skills and a fun, positive attitude!
