Sales experience and insurance licensing are preferred, but the right attitude and drive are non-negotiable! Duties * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals. * Sell, quote and write new business. * Cross-sell other products. * Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes and exclusions. * Ability to study for state exam if not previously licensed. * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Requirements * Create relationships from warm leads * Proficiency to multitask, follow-thru and follow-up * Prior sales, marketing, promotion or telemarketing experience * Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain If you are interested in this position however do not have your Property and Casualty License, we still highly encourage you to apply.
