The Opportunity: Orkin Pest Control, a national service company and the leader in the pest control industry is seeking a New Customer Specialist to join our successful, growing team. As a New Customer Specialist reach out via SMS to previous Orkin customers and proactively build rapport and identify current pest control needs to reinitiate interest. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for personalizing outreach messages to address customers' past service inquiries and pest concerns, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Re-engage lost or inactive leads via SMS and other messaging platforms to generate new sales opportunities to sell Orkin services, evaluating customer's current situation, and dispatching sales to the field. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications * Handle a high volume of daily outbound text interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism. * Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for reactivations, appointments set, and response rates.
