We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who takes ownership, values consistency, and enjoys helping clients while supporting a strong sale and retention culture

Duties

• Servicing existing auto, home, and specialty insurance policies
• Handling policy changes, billing questions, endorsements and ID cards
• Proactively assisting with renewals and retention conversations
• Supporting cross- sell opportunities (umbrella, auto, toys, condos, life, etc.)
• Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email and in-office
• Maintain detailed sales administration records, including client interactions, policy updates, and follow-up activities
• Working closely with sales and leadership to support agency goals

Requirements

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (required)
• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and customer needs daily
• Team-orientated mindset with a professional attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What we offer
