We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who takes ownership, values consistency, and enjoys helping clients while supporting a strong sale and retention culture Duties * Servicing existing auto, home, and specialty insurance policies * Handling policy changes, billing questions, endorsements and ID cards * Proactively assisting with renewals and retention conversations * Supporting cross- sell opportunities (umbrella, auto, toys, condos, life, etc.) * Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email and in-office * Maintain detailed sales administration records, including client interactions, policy updates, and follow-up activities * Working closely with sales and leadership to support agency goals Requirements * Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (required) * Insurance agency experience preferred * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment * Comfortable handling multiple tasks and customer needs daily * Team-orientated mindset with a professional attitude * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What we offer * Competitive base pay plus performance incentives * Stable, full-time schedule (in-office role) * Clear expectations and structed processes * Supportive leadership * 401k match after 1 year of employment * Health insurance, dental and vision * Paid time off * On the job training * Opportunity to be part of a growing, respected agency Join us as an Insurance Account Manager - Service and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional value through personalized insurance solutions.
