Job Description * Collaborate with sales staff to gather and analyze information for our Commercial Property and Casualty prospects and customers * Prepare applications and related information for presentation to our contract carriers and wholesalers * Negotiate for the most comprehensive coverage to meet the needs of our customers * Provide daily service to our customers that includes policy and endorsement processing and Certificates of Insurance Job Requirements * 5+ years of Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience with an independent agency * Proficiency with agency management systems preferably with Applied Systems, The Agency Manager (TAM) * State of Illinois Producer's License for Property and Casualty About Us * Well established mid-sized agency * Stable and flexible work environment * Opportunities for advancement * Competitive salary and benefit package Work Remotely * Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Insurance: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * IL Producer's License for Property and Casualty (Required) Work Location: In person
