The studio is seeking target-driven sales consultant to join our energetic team at our Colorado Springs studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish. People love working in this family-owned and operated studio and are excited to be part of a high-performing team. Good News is, we are in immediate need of a full-time direct sales consultant. Our full-time with benefits Portrait Designers work 3.5 days a week for the most opportunities and the best work-life balance. * Ideal Candidates* will have a background in B2C sales and experience selling from a script-based flow. This is not a position that requires chasing clients or following up on them. The ability to truly listen to a client while building rapport quickly is what will define your success. Full-time position with a 3.5-day work week: * Thursday to Saturday: 8:45 am AM - 7:00 PM * Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM What to expect as a sales consultant: * Base + commission + monthly incentives = $80=120K+ annual income expectation * Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads * Present photography images, size, and finish options to our clients from the photo session that they just experienced * Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour - back-to-back clients up to 8 a day * Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure * This is a closing sales position only: 100% close rate, no follow-ups * Weekly training meetings * A culture of accountability where your voice is heard The most successful Portrait Designers have the following: * Proven experience in a sales environment * Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity * Charisma to build rapport quickly * Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable * Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
