Position Overview We're hiring high-drive Roofing Sales Representatives for a performance- driven, grit-based role. This position is for individuals who are competitive, confident, persistent, hungry, and resilient -- not for the easily discouraged. You'll engage homeowners, offer free inspections, identify damage, assist with claims, and generate sales opportunities. No roofing experience required -- training is provided. Work ethic is what matters.
