Job Title: Manager In Training Job Description: Pressure Works Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Sales Representative with aspirations of becoming a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing relationships with clients. You will need a strong sales background. You will work closely with our sales team to learn the sales process and develop the skills necessary to become a successful Sales Representative and develop into a Store Manager. Pressure Works Inc. is a multi-million dollar business and the largest independent dealer of pressure washers on the East Coast. We have 5 store locations and have been in business since 1995. Our Richmond, VA store is located in Scott's Addition. We sell pressure washing equipment, accessories, parts, chemicals, and more! Learn more about us at: [please apply online] Responsibilities: * Learn the sales process and develop the skills necessary to become a knowledgeable and successful Sales Representative * Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients * Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Requirements: * Previous sales experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Highly motivated and driven to succeed * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Prior sales experience is preferred but not required * Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow with our company, please submit your resume.
