Job Description: Seeking candidates who are interested in starting their careers in business development, demonstrating exceptional grit and determination to navigate challenges and drive results in a dynamic and competitive environment. To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, text messages, and emails. Responsibilities: * Research, track, maintain and update leads * Outgoing messaging to develop new business * Prospect to qualify leads * Direct email & text marketing to qualified prospects * Research and maintain lead generation database * Conduct customer research * Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads * Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations * Work directly with marketing to enhance outreach of business objectives * Provide accurate and timely information to management * Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process Requirements: * Entrepreneurial ambitions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data. * Excellent time-management skills. * Desire to continue learning & developing skillsets. * Excellent English communication (verbal and written) * Experience with cold calling Experience with research and maintaining databases * Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience in using CRM * Strong project and time management skills * Experience working with Western companies (preferred) * Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. * A deep commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience in sales About the Company: Linden Thomas & Company comprises 30 accomplished professionals with combined experience of over 100 years managing assets.
