Job Title: Bridal Stylist (Sales Associate) Location: Something New: Bridal & Formalwear in Colorado Springs, CO Reports to: Customer Experience Manager Employment Type: Full-Time (4-Day Work Week) Schedule: Weekends Required - Choose Thursday -Sunday or Saturday -Tuesday Compensation: Hourly + Commission ABOUT THE ROLE This is a relationship-driven sales role designed for someone who loves people, celebrations, and the thrill of closing a sale. As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. Your job is to deliver an exceptional, high-touch shopping experience while helping customers feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. This is not a passive retail job -- this is professional, consultative sales. You'll play a key role in creating magic for our clients while achieving personal and team sales goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead personalized, one-on-one styling appointments with brides, mothers of the bride/groom, prom clients, and formalwear shoppers. * ion, budget, timeline, and style -- and help them select the perfect gown or outfit. * Build trust with customers and their guests, creating a supportive and joyful shopping experience. * Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Confidently guide clients through decision-making and overcome common objections with empathy and professionalism. * Process payments, take accurate measurements, and manage client records and appointment schedules. * Maintain showroom standards, including steaming garments, tidying fitting rooms, and restocking. * Represent Something New at bridal shows and community events as needed. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS This is a full-time position based on a 4-day work week. Because bridal shopping happens primarily on weekends, weekend availability is non- negotiable. Choose one set schedule: * Thursday -Sunday, or * Saturday -Tuesday WHAT WE 'RE LOOKING FOR * High energy, warm personality, and a true passion for people. * Excellent communication skills -- both with customers and teammates. * 1+ year of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role required. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment. * Loves being part of a team but also self-motivated to own personal success. * Interest in fashion, weddings, or formalwear is a plus. * High school diploma required; college degree preferred (communications, fashion, business, or related field).
