Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and promote products on behalf of our clients. * Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing support and guidance to help them achieve sales targets. * Operations Oversight: Support daily operations at assigned retail locations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies. * Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, working with leaders to develop strategies to exceed sales goals. * Training & Development: Participate in leadership development programs and receive continuous mentorship to improve managerial skills. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and staff to ensure alignment with client goals and smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Qualifications: * Relevant experience or a strong passion for leadership and sales. * Demonstrated leadership experience through previous work, academic projects, or extracurricular activities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups. * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a sales and marketing career. * Sales or Retail Experience (preferred but not required) * Availability to work weekends as required by retail operations. * Capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and adapting to change in a dynamic work environment.
