NEW POSITION The Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of amino acid products for food and pharmaceutical applications in the Americas, achieving the volume and pricing targets set by the Company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure stable purchasing volumes and developing new customers based on product applications while continuously expanding sales channels. Position Requirements: * Post-secondary degree in related sciences, Nutrition, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. * 2-3 years of experience working in sports nutrition, pharmaceutical excipient amino acid industries preferred. * B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. * Must be proactive with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong customer relationships, negotiation skills, and contract management skills. * Ability to build a strong global team of sales. General Job Duties: * Management of the overall sales function including professional and personable relationships with customers. * Collect, analyze, and consolidate market intelligence; regularly update product market reports to support sales planning and strategic decision-making. * Lead, coach, develop and strengthen the local sales team. * Manage product portfolios with a focus on volume growth, margin optimization, and lifecycle management * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports while meeting volume and pricing targets as set by the company. * Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
