Capital Depot Inc is seeking a full-time account manager. Duties & Responsibilities -Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness. -Ensuring purchases and advances are within company credit guidelines. -Notify client of incomplete items. -Providing outstanding customer service on accounts, resolving complaints by investigating issues and composing responses and monitoring standards. Required Skills -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to be detail-oriented, proactive and independent. -Experience in freight or transportation industries preferred but not required (trucking, cargo, broker, etc.) -Bilingual encouraged.
