Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based near Gastonia, NC. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting our temperature control solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and prepare compelling sales proposals. Key Responsibilities * Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects * Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Prepare and present accurate, timely quotes and proposals * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system Qualifications * Experience in inside sales and lead generation * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Strong customer service orientation * Exceptional organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Experience in the HVAC or rental equipment industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
