If so, our store wants you to join our vibrant team as a Customer Service/Sales Specialist! Imagine this: a customer walks in, dreaming of the perfect backyard oasis. You're the friendly face who greets them, listens to their needs, and guides them toward making that dream a reality. You'll be the go-to person for answering questions about our amazing range of hot tubs, explaining their features, and ensuring every customer feels valued and excited about their purchase. What you'll be doing: * Being the first point of contact - greeting customers with a smile, whether in person or on the phone. * Becoming a hot tub guru - learning about our products and confidently sharing your knowledge. * Problem-solving like a pro - addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Keeping things organized - assisting with order processing, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining a tidy showroom. * Building lasting relationships - creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. * Most weekends required to work with the occasional weekend off about once per month. * This position requires you to work at either location during the week. Either Windsor or Fort Collins What you bring to the table: * A genuine passion for helping people. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can chat with anyone! * A positive attitude and a knack for staying calm under pressure. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Being a fast learner * Bonus points for previous customer service experience or a love for all things relaxation!
