The Role Our company seeks an ambitious Account Management Trainee to add to our Charlotte team. Expect to gain real-world experience in managing accounts while working directly with clients and developing the skills necessary to advance. This is an entry-level role designed for competitive individuals who want to learn the ropes of AT&T residential wireless sales, customer relationship management, and account development. A typical day involves: * Assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring their satisfaction. * Engaging with homeowners to understand their wireless needs. * Helping drive sales growth by supporting upsell opportunities. * Supporting the sales team in managing and maintaining customer accounts. * Tracking account activity and maintaining accurate client records. * Coordinating with team members to achieve performance goals. * Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings to maximize sales potential. * Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow professionally.
