Staffing Industry Sales Experience Required Indeed screening note: Applicants without prior staffing agency sales experience will not be considered. We are a startup franchise staffing company with national presence seeking a high-performing staffing sales professional who wants to own revenue growth and office operations. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on accountability, autonomy, and results. This is not entry-level and not a training role. Required Experience * 2+ years of sales experience in a staffing agency (required) * Proven success selling temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire staffing services * Experience managing client accounts and closing new business * Ability to handle office operations or branch-level responsibilities * Strong CRM, reporting, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities * Develop new staffing clients and grow existing accounts * Manage the full staffing sales cycle: prospecting, pricing, contracts, and placements * Oversee daily office operations and workflow coordination * Partner with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment and service quality * Track sales activity, KPIs, and performance metrics * Improve systems and processes as the office scales Ideal Candidate Profile * Self-starter with an owner-operator mindset * Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing staffing office * Results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation * Professional, organized, and decisive Compensation & Benefits * Starting Salary 44K * Uncapped commission * PTO * Growth and leadership opportunity * High autonomy with direct access to ownership If you do not have staffing agency sales experience, please do not apply.
