Carpet To Go Flooring is a locally owned flooring company that is looking for experienced design and sales professionals for the Charlotte area. Our company sells and installs all types of flooring including: carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate and ceramic tile. Our salespeople are rich in product knowledge and are eager to welcome you to our team. Candidate must be self- driven, motivated and comfortable talking to new people. If you have a background in design, cabinets or furniture and would like to make more money we will train you. With regular training and a family atmosphere we will allow you to grow with your design and sales skills. Job requirements: * Strong customer service skills * Strong problem solving skills * Ask questions to discover needs * Build quotes that best fit our customer's needs * Travel to customer homes for measurements and in home sales * Respond to e-mails in a timely manner Compensation: Salary plus Commission: This is a salary plus commission position. Our salespeople average 50,000 to 85,000 annually. Interested individuals should submit their resume.
