Responsibilities: * Attend and successfully complete the pre-licensing real estate course (scholarships available). * Actively participate in RMG's comprehensive training program. * Learn and utilize RMG's systems and tools for client management, marketing, and transaction processing. * Shadow experienced agents to gain practical experience in client interactions, property showings, and negotiations. * Develop expertise in the Spokane and/or Coeur d'Alene markets to better serve clients. * Commit to prospecting, networking, and building relationships with clients consistently. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Actively promote yourself and RMG Real Estate Network in the community. * Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines governing real estate practices.
