Responsibilities
:
- Attend and successfully complete the pre-licensing real estate course (scholarships available).
- Actively participate in RMG's comprehensive training program.
- Learn and utilize RMG's systems and tools for client management, marketing, and transaction processing.
- Shadow experienced agents to gain practical experience in client interactions, property showings, and negotiations.
- Develop expertise in the Spokane and/or Coeur d'Alene markets to better serve clients.
- Commit to prospecting, networking, and building relationships with clients consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Actively promote yourself and RMG Real Estate Network in the community.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines governing real estate practices.
