Compensation: $22/hr base salary + 0.50% - 1.00% commission on funded volume (uncapped) Job Summary: We are hiring a Working Capital & Equipment Finance Sales Associate with a proven funding and closing track record to join our Orange County team. This role is responsible for originating, qualifying, and closing business financing transactions through outbound outreach and consistent follow-ups. This position is not fully remote. Candidates must be located in Orange County, California and available to work on-site as required. Requirements (Mandatory): * Must be located in Orange County, CA. Minimum 1 year of experience in: Working capital / MCA / revenue-based financing, and/or Equipment financing or leasing * Documented prior funding and closing track record * Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales * Strong communication and negotiation skills with business owners * Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, summaries) * Ability to manage multiple deals from lead to funding * Comfortable in a performance-driven, quota-based environment Responsibilities: * Source, qualify, and close business financing opportunities * Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups * Collect, review, and submit required documentation * Coordinate with underwriting and funding partners * Maintain accurate CRM records and deal documentation * Work Ethic & Professional Standards * High level of accountability and ownership * Consistent outbound activity and pipeline discipline * Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented * Ability to handle rejection and close under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
