The Client Account Associate will be instrumental in the direct sales and marketing of AT&T's cutting-edge offerings while also assisting in team development. Client Account Associate Daily Duties: * Directly engage residential customers to market and sell AT&T products and services. * Initiate and close sales for new and existing AT&T customers. * Conduct follow-ups and maintain rapport to encourage referrals and reinforce brand loyalty. * Mentor and support entry-level sales team members to help them achieve goals. * Assist in territory planning, campaign execution, and tracking performance metrics. * Participate actively in team meetings to improve sales techniques and leadership skills. * Ensure all sales and customer interaction documentation is completed accurately and promptly. What a Client Account Associate Needs to Succeed: * A natural ability to connect with people and deliver outstanding customer service. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills--articulate and persuasive! * A strong, results-oriented work ethic and a competitive spirit. * Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or sales) is a plus. * The ability to work effectively in a team environment. * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is highly desirable. * Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso office and campaign locations.
