Account Executive - Service FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing, Laura Challoner Objective: Responsible for developing new HVAC maintenance & project sales through relationships with potential customers by prospecting, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to ultimately close deals. Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base salary plus commission. We want someone who wants to make $150,000-$200,000 per year. If you are okay making $75,000, this is not for you. Primary Responsibilities: * Achieve annual sales goals and support customer needs. * Funnel customer feedback to support and develop the company's products and services. * Prospect with 40+ sales calls & 4 -5 new customer appointments logged weekly. * Identify business opportunities by recognizing prospects, researching and analyzing sales options. * Sell services by establishing relationships with new contacts and recommending solutions. * Educate prospective customers on the products and services that WMG offers, including but not limited to plumbing, HVACR, energy, repair, replacement, maintenance programs, new construction, and piping. * Build relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. * Recommend service improvements. * Collect, analyze, and summarize information for proposals. Deliver and present proposals to potential customers. * Network with people who advance your business objectives. * Attend meetings, trade shows, seminars and other training as required. Qualifications: * Sales experience required * HVAC knowledge is a plus * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work without direct supervision * Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers * Effective presentation skills * Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills * Required Computer Skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel and CRMs (Timberline - Service Management preferred) This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
