Job Description

: Mike's Solar Panel Cleaning & More is looking for a motivated, confident Door- to-Door Sales Representative to help homeowners understand the value of professional solar panel cleaning and sign them up for service. Your role is simple: knock doors, educate homeowners, and schedule cleanings. We handle the rest -- scheduling, service, and customer follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is self- motivated, and wants flexible, commission-based income with clear expectations and straightforward pay. What You'll Be Selling Professional Solar Panel Cleaning Services, including:

• Residential solar panel cleaning
• Education on improved energy production
• Preventative maintenance to protect solar investments
• Optional recurring maintenance (every 6-12 months) Homeowners benefit by:
• Producing more solar energy
• Reducing their electric "true-up" bill
• Extending the life of their solar system This is a needed service, not a gimmick -- especially in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned or approved neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of clean solar panels
• Answer basic questions using provided talking points
• Schedule solar panel cleaning appointments
• Accurately submit customer information
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully

Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales
