Key Responsibilities: * Leadership & Recruitment: Attract, hire, and retain high-performing real estate agents who align with our values and mission. * Business Development: Design and execute strategies that increase market share and establish Keller Williams as the leading brokerage in the region. * Agent Productivity & Coaching: Mentor and coach agents to help them reach their professional, personal, and financial goals. * Operational Excellence: Partner with ownership, staff, and agents to ensure optimal office performance, collaboration, and efficiency. * Culture & Community: Foster an environment built on trust, faith, collaboration, and excellence--living out our core values every day. What We 're Looking For: * At least two years of experience in sales, real estate recruiting, leadership, or team building. * A proven track record in sales with measurable success in business growth. * Strong leadership skills in real estate or related business ventures. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to inspire and influence others. * A growth mindset with a passion for coaching, development, and team building. * A valid Georgia Real Estate License is required.
