Key Responsibilities

:

• Leadership & Recruitment: Attract, hire, and retain high-performing real estate agents who align with our values and mission.
• Business Development: Design and execute strategies that increase market share and establish Keller Williams as the leading brokerage in the region.
• Agent Productivity & Coaching: Mentor and coach agents to help them reach their professional, personal, and financial goals.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with ownership, staff, and agents to ensure optimal office performance, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Culture & Community: Foster an environment built on trust, faith, collaboration, and excellence--living out our core values every day. What We 're Looking For:
• At least two years of experience in sales, real estate recruiting, leadership, or team building.
• A proven track record in sales with measurable success in business growth.
• Strong leadership skills in real estate or related business ventures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to inspire and influence others.
• A growth mindset with a passion for coaching, development, and team building.
• A valid Georgia Real Estate License is required.

• $40,000 Competitive Base Salary + Recruitment-Based Bonuses with potential for up to $80,000 annually
