In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers--guiding them through our printing services, creating quotes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to final delivery in both English and Spanish. Typical work activities * Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish--via phone, email, and in-person. * Understand customer printing needs and recommend suitable products and services (e.g., flyers, banners, business cards, etc.). * Create accurate estimates and quotes using pricing tools or software. * Manage orders from intake through delivery, including proof approvals and collecting payments. * Collaborate with production staff to ensure jobs meet customer specs and deadlines. * Offer additional services and suggest solutions that add value to the customer's order. * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order history. * Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. * Help organize promotional displays and keep the customer area clean and inviting. Job Requirements Skills/Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical education preferred. * Good Communication skills. * Willingness to work as a team member. * Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales (print industry is a plus). * Friendly, confident communicator with strong listening skills. * Comfortable with computers and learning new software; experience with print office software systems or basic design software (like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign) is a bonus. * Great attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at once. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
