In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers--guiding them through our printing services, creating quotes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to final delivery in both English and Spanish. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and love helping people bring their ideas to life, we want to hear from you! Typical work activities
• Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish--via phone, email, and in-person.
• Understand customer printing needs and recommend suitable products and services (e.g., flyers, banners, business cards, etc.).
• Create accurate estimates and quotes using pricing tools or software.
• Manage orders from intake through delivery, including proof approvals and collecting payments.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure jobs meet customer specs and deadlines.
• Offer additional services and suggest solutions that add value to the customer's order.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order history.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Help organize promotional displays and keep the customer area clean and inviting. Job

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical education preferred.
• Good Communication skills.
• Willingness to work as a team member.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales (print industry is a plus).
• Friendly, confident communicator with strong listening skills.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software; experience with print office software systems or basic design software (like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign) is a bonus.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
