The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. * Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential customers. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. * Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Manage accounts by maintaining regular contact with customers and addressing their needs promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. * Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or territory sales environments. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful account management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * A self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results in a competitive market environment.
