Role: Account Executive Location: Denver Metro Area, CO Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: Base salary range of $40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Estimated total annual earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000, based on performance. Benefits: * PTO: Up to 80 hours/year (accrues beginning after 90-day probation). Up to 40 hours carryover allowed. * Holidays: 6 paid holidays/year * Health insurance not currently offered; this role includes workers' compensation and statutory benefits. Clear communication, personal accountability, and teamwork are central to how we operate. Job Summary We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role combines front-of-house client engagement and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in countertop materials, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in clients, respond to phone inquiries, and schedule appointments when needed * Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals for countertop projects * Take accurate as-built measurements for design development * Manage projects from initial consultation through completion, including coordination with installers and construction managers * Maintain organized records of sales contracts, material pricing, and client communications * Follow up with leads by phone, text and email to prospective customers and existing clients to meet monthly sales goals * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation * Handle multiple time-sensitive projects with professionalism and a positive attitude Qualifications * Strong knowledge of granite, and quartz lines * Sales experience in countertops * 2020 Design experience (or related software) * Ability to read and interpret architectural plans * Basic proficiency in QuickBooks or experience with quoting/invoicing * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Self-motivated and capable of working independently * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Knowledge of kitchen cabinetry a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
