Key Responsibilities

• Research and recommend an email marketing platform that fits our budget, ease-of-use, and performance needs.
• Develop a structured six-month email marketing plan that includes sales promotions, educational topics, industry updates, customer surveys, appreciation messages, and service reminders.
• Help design a year-long sales calendar featuring themed promotions and seasonal events to drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with upcoming campaigns and discount schedules.
• Build a social media plan outlining content ideas, posting frequency, advertising tests, and budget recommendations.
• Explore different audience segments and industries to identify effective advertising and targeting strategies.
• Create a quarterly posting guide to keep content consistent and relevant to company goals.
• Research and compile potential customers, including roofing companies, material suppliers, and distributors nationwide.
• Identify potential partners and tools for lead generation to expand our customer base.
• Assist in developing a structured cold outreach plan to guide communication, follow-ups, and data collection.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Able to work closely with external vendors & customer base.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities is a plus.
