*Area Sales Leader - Base Pay + Commission Opportunities Tired of being just another sales number? At CastleWorks , we're looking for a motivated Area Sales Leader who thrives on coaching, performance, and results. This is a hands-on r ole where you'll earn a competitive base salary plus commissions , while developing high-performing selling technicians across Los Angeles and Orange County. What You 'll Be Doing As an Area Sales Leader, you'll coach, develop, and drive performance for a team of selling technicians responsible for both revenue and quality installations.
