The Nitty-Gritty: We need someone with charm, but also with the organizational skills to back it up. You'll need basic math (to avoid building fences on a 20-degree angle) and writing skills (to craft solid proposals). Being accurate matters because we want things done right the first time. Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like This: * Drive around in a super awesome company car. * Show up to your scheduled appointments on time (your clients will appreciate it). * Measure backyards (it's more fun than it sounds, we promise). * Put together fence proposals that are accurate and tailored to each customer. * Maintain top-tier communication--no ghosting clients! * Present the project like a pro and wow the homeowner with your knowledge. * Stay organized and stay on top of follow-ups. * Keep hustling, hit your sales targets, and high-five your teammates (virtual or real--your call). Skills You Bring to the Table: * You love chatting with people and listening to their needs. * Problem-solving comes naturally to you (MacGyver would be impressed). * You can balance independence with teamwork. * Basic math doesn't scare you, and writing proposals feels like a breeze. * You've got the gift of organization and keep your tasks on track. * Previous sales experience? Perfect. If it's home improvement or fence-related, that's even better. * Bilingual? Major bonus points! * Solar Sales or Door to Door Sales are a plus!
