Join Our Growing Sales Team! Acadia Shutters is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and customer- focused Sales Consultant to join our team! What You 'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our custom window treatments. Your job is to: * Provide personalized design consultations * Take precise window measurements * Recommend solutions based on customer needs * Guide clients through the entire process -- from consultation to installation * Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience * No cold calling! All appointments are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled by our dedicated inside sales team. What We Offer * Base salary + uncapped commission * Year 1 total earnings: $60K -$85K+ * Year 2 and beyond: $70K -$100K+ potential * 10 weeks of paid, 1-on-1 training * Weekly sales coaching and support * High-quality leads -- no prospecting required * Company car, laptop, and phone provided * Proprietary quoting software * Paid time off (PTO) * Full benefits package: * Health, Dental, Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) with company match Schedule * Full-Time * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM * Occasional Saturdays may be required What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of sales experience (in-home sales preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Detail-oriented with great follow-through * A valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to climb a ladder and take window measurements * Creative problem-solving abilities * Ability to pass a background check Bonus: Experience with window treatments, closet systems, or similar home services is a plus!
